Flour for Fur - Lindsay Lohan gets "pelted" with Flour for wearing fur in Paris

actress Lindsay Lohan got the kinder, gentler version of animal activist ire Saturday, when she found herself doused with flour, rather than traditional red paint, after showing up to a Paris nightclub wearing a fur stole.

The incident happened at Paris’ VIP Room Theater in the wee hours of the morning, the Associated Press reported. Lohan was able to watch DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson perform a set after cleaning herself off and making the red carpet rounds.

Earlier in the week, Lohan shocked Access Hollywood viewers by referring to U.S. President-Elect Barack Obama as the nation’s first “colored president.” The 22-year-old entertainer had been a vocal supporter of Obama during the election and harsh critic of Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, calling the Alaskan governor a “homophobe” in a September blog entry signed by herself and Ronson.

Samantha lashes out at animal rights activists who doused Lindsay with flour outside a Paris nightclub and reveals why she was not left laughing after the prank!

"It's a pity that some groups feel the need to assault people as opposed to fighting with words," Samantha wrote on her MySpace blog. Animal rights activists dumped a bag of flour on Lindsay, 22, as she arrived at the club Friday night sporting a fur stole, the Associated Press reported.

"It seems lately I am learning that there are too many people who put another species before their fellow man and that's sad. I don't wear fur, but I don't think I have the right to ATTACK those who do. No one has that right," wrote Samantha, who accompanied Linday to the nightclub.

The nightclub's owner proceeded to dust Lindsay off before she and Samantha made their way down the red carpet and into the building, the AP said. Be sure to tune in to "Entertainment Tonight" on Monday for our exclusive video of the incident!
